Birth Debriefing
D
$80.00
Description:
A Birth Debriefing is meant for you to walk through your birth from start to finish, in as much detail as you would feel comfortable sharing.
It is therapeutic for mothers to speak about their birth experiences, especially to someone willing to listen without judgment.
How might a birth debriefing benefit you?

-
If you have had a positive birth experience, it can be helpful for you to process your birth or to simply share your excitement with someone (especially if others might not hold excitement for you)

-
If you have had a traumatic or negative birth experience, it can be helpful for you to let it go, vent, be seen and heard. Walking through the details of your birth can help you find answers and healing.

-
It's never too late to have a birth debriefing. Whether you are a few weeks postpartum or a few years postpartum. Birth is a very important life event that deserves to be talked about. Your birth deserves to be talked about and you deserve to have a safe space to share the story of your sacred experience.
